Unique costumes are a great way to show your creativity. Halloween should be a time of getting together with your family and friends and enjoying the imagination, nostalgia and camaraderie that comes from togetherness.
One of the ways to get into the Halloween spirit is to plan and see who can come up with the most original, distinct or comical costumes to display at Halloween parties or while trick or treating in your neighborhood. You could choose to wear a totally unique costume that none of your family and friends are wearing, or you could choose to go together with your friends or family and all wear Halloween costumes that are in the same theme or category.

This year also saw the release of the Batman movie, Dark Knight. The Batman costume is quite popular as is the Joker costume that Heath Ledger wore in the movie. You would not have to stay true to the Dark Knight theme to pull this off. You could throw in many different Batman villians and wear a Riddler costume, a Cat Woman costume or one of my favorites a Two-Face costume.
